HT32F61141 Smart Card Reader 32-bit MCU

New generation Arm® Cortex®-M0+ Smart Card Reader MCU, the HT32F61141. This device includes functions such as a high operating speed of 48MHz and an operating voltage range of 2.5V~5.5V. The device operates with an industrial temperature range of -40°C~85°C and also includes two SCI interfaces which can support up to three cards and conforms to the ISO7816-3 standard. This range of comprehensive functions make this new MCU an excellent choice for various contact smart card readers.

The HT32F61141 device contains a 64KB Flash Program Memory, 16KB SRAM of Data Memory, a USB 2.0 Full-Speed interface, two SCI interfaces, LDO, RTC and multiple timers. It also contains multiple additional flexible peripheral interface types, such as I²C, SPI and UART. The integrated LDO can output 1.8V, 3V and 5V voltages, which can provide power for the SCI0 interface and the external card chip. The interface conforms to the ISO7816-3 standard. With regards to packaging, it is supplied in 32-pin QFN, 46-pin QFN and 48-pin LQFP package types.
