The series range from 1.44" - 1.77" and are a color active matrix LCD module incorporating amorphous silicon TFT (Thin Film Transistor). They are composed of a color TFT-LCD panel, driver IC, FPC and a back light unit. The module display area contains 128x128, 128x160 and 240x240 pixels and can display up to 262K colors.
