Production start of the 4Mbit ~ 16Mbit 3 Volts SPI NOR Flash

Amic announced the release of the new 50nm technology SPI NOR Flash in 4Mbit, 8Mbit and 16Mbit densities to offer up to 104MHz fast read and fast program/erase speed. The typical page program time is 1.5ms for all densities and sector erase time is 3.5ms for 4Mb and 8Mb, 7.0ms for 16Mb.
