The new ACFE module offers a fully isolated 360VDC output, capable of powering Astrodyne TDI's standard 100-240VAC converters from a 380-480VAC, 3-phase power source. Multiple ACFE modules can be connected in parallel current-sharing groups to meet higher power demands.
AC Front End module operates from a wide, globally-used AC input range of 380-480Vac at 50-60Hz, Delta or WYE connection. The ACFE module delivers a fixed 360V output to downstream power modules and provides up to 2.2KW of power with reliable performance. It showcases a maximum input current rating of 10A at 480VAC, demonstrating a power factor exceeding 0.95 for optimal efficiency. Operating at an impressive efficiency of over 91%, the module maintains ripple/noise levels below 1% peak-to-peak of Vo(max). It ensures stability with less than a 2% variation from no load to full load.
