New A/D type Flash MCU with EEPROM

The HT66F31A5 provides a wide operating voltage range from 1.8V to 5.5V, a larger Flash Program Memory and Data Memory capacity, high accuracy oscillator and a more accurate A/D converter reference voltage. These integrated features allow the device to be used in small household appliance products, such as vacuum cleaners, dish-washing machines, rice cookers and air purifiers, etc., The device can also be used in small profile products such as smart wearable devices and Li-ion battery protection boards, etc.

The HT66F31A5 contains a 16K×16 Flash Program Memory, a 1024×8 RAM and a 1024×8 EEPROM. As for peripheral functions, the device includes multi-function timer modules, a comparator, IAP function, 12-bit A/D converter, an SPI/I²C interface function and two UART interfaces. The accuracy of the integrated oscillator can be up to ±1% at a frequency of 8, 12 and 16MHz and the accuracy of the A/D converter 1.2V reference voltage can be up to ±1%.

Supplied in 24/28-pin SSOP, 24/28-pin QFN and 32-pin QFN package types.
