Enhanced 24-bit A/D Flash MCU

The BH66F5355 has high-resolution 24-bit Delta-Sigma A/D converter performance, making it suitable for use in high accuracy measurement products such as electronic scales, blood pressure meters and so on. In addition, an integrated accurate temperature sensor is also provided to make the device appropriate for use in ear thermometers, forehead thermometers, electronic thermometers and other temperature measurement products.

This new device includes a 4-channel 24-bit A/D converter, an LDO, two Operational Amplifiers and a D/A converter, which together can implement high accuracy measurements. In having an integrated accurate temperature sensor, it offers the advantages of requiring fewer peripheral components and lower power consumption when compared with other NTC applications. The device can directly drive LEDs for display purposes and has software adjustable brightness. It also includes a range of external serial interfaces, including I²C, SPI and UART interface types.
