Arm® Cortex®-M0+ Bluetooth 5.2 BLE MCU

New Bluetooth 5.2 Arm® Cortex®-M0+ BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) MCU, the HT32F67741, which has passed the BQB (Bluetooth Qualification Body) certification. The device is suitable for use in health care products, home appliances, beacons, intelligent toys, data loggers, human interface devices (HID) service, etc.

This dual-core device has integrated both a BLE 5.2 chip and an Arm® Cortex®-M0+ MCU. The BLE 5.2 core includes high-performance RF circuitry, a modem, an internal DC-DC converter and a linear LDO which supports a wide range of single input power supplies. The receiver (RX) provides an Automatic Gain Control function of more than 70 dB and a sensitivity up to -94 dBm. The BLE core also features a low-power transmitter (TX) and receiver (RX) as well as low-power modes such as a Deep-Sleep Mode and a Power-Down Mode. The Arm® Cortex®-M0+ core provides a 64 KB Flash memory, an 8 KB SRAM, multiple power saving modes, rich timer functions, up to 25 GPIOs, multiple communication interfaces including SPI, I²C, UART and USART as well as a 12-bit 1 Msps SAR ADC. This functionally rich and highly integrated device will find excellent use in a huge range of applications and will greatly reduce system costs.
