Taoglas Antenna Integrator (part of the AntennaXpert suite of tools) is a helpful tool for choosing the most suitable antenna for your product. It helps you optimise RF performance, component placement, and PCB size, simplify mechanical integration, and reduce development time.
How to use?
Select a PCB size – enter the desired width and length of your PCB in mm.
Add your antennas – review the available antennas and select an antenna to place on the PCB. Follow the onscreen prompts to ensure the antenna is placed in an optimal location. A “X” on the PCB indicates the suggested placement for that antenna. Press “r” on your keyboard to rotate the antenna. Using the “Ctrl” key will allow for finer placement. Left click to place the antenna. Add more antennas if required.
Review solution – move or delete antennas currently on PCB if required. A side-on view has been provided if the total height of the solution is relevant to your integration.
Submit solution – submit your PCB solution. Basic information must be provided to allow Taoglas to send a report detailing antenna performance.
